- 1 bunch of colve1 to taste
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Alcohol Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Wash the colve and roll it in a cigar, cut into strips of your choice.
- Sauté the colve in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil or oil.
- Chop the garlic into small pieces.
- In a frying pan, add the garlic, salt and oil and let it fry until it starts to change color, when it has a yellowish color, throw the vinegar very carefully (you can raise a little fire, don't be scared). The garlic will fry very quickly, be careful not to burn it.
- Take the colve and throw the seasoning on top and mix
