- Leaf mix to taste
- Mango1/2 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato1 cup
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sesame1 tablespoon
- Grate the carrot and beet, cut the tomatoes in half and the mango into cubes
- Place the mixed leaves on a platter and place the rest of the ingredients on top.
- For the sauce, mix the mustard, honey, olive oil, salt and black pepper, mix well and serve over the salad.
- Finish with sesame seeds and serve
