- Arugula to taste
- Sliced cucumber1 unit(s)
- Chopped Cabbage to taste
- Sesame to taste
- Chopped chives to taste
- I boiled the beets with salt for 10 minutes. I sliced the cucumber, cabbage, mango, all very well, especially the arugula leaves.
- On a platter I arranged all the vegetables on top I put sesame and chives. It goes with any kind of sauce.
