Purple Lettuce1 unit(s)
Watercress1 unit(s)
Red cabbage1 cup
Red onion1 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Hot2 dessert spoon
Olive oil1 to taste
Lemon1 to taste
Salt1 to taste

Wash all vegetables and soak in alcohol vinegar
Put it in the dryer sheets to get out any excess water.
Take a container of your choice and roughly tear the leaves
Add red cabbage, red onion and tomato
Mix everything and finally add the hot which gives a special touch.
Just serve and season with salt, lemon and olive oil and you're ready to enjoy this delicious salad.
