Vamos começar higienizando as folhas de alface, lave em água corrente e em seguida coloque um litro de água é uma colher de bicarbonato de sódio por 20 minutos 

Let's start by sanitizing the lettuce leaves, wash in running water and then put a liter of water and a spoon of baking soda for 20 minutes

Depois dos  vinte minutos, lave as folhas e rasque elas com as mãos. Em um prato raso e grande, vamos montar nossa salada

Conforme a foto, coloque as flores de brócolis ao redor do prato, as folhas de alface, rodelas de tomate e beterraba ralada.  Depois disso regue com azeite extra virgem, e vinagre orgânico e se necessário sal 

As shown in the photo, place the broccoli flowers around the plate, the lettuce leaves, tomato slices and grated beetroot. After that, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, organic vinegar and salt if necessary.
