- Wash the lettuce and tomato and set aside, Cook the beets with water and salt in the pressure cooker, after ready, remove the skin and cut into medium squares.
- In a pressure cooker put the peas, salt and water to cover, cook until pressure, after that turn off the fire and drain the water.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices, the onions in the shape of rings and tear the lettuce leaves by hand. Start by assembling the salad from the sides and follow the example in the photo.
