Green cabbage1 unit(s)
Red cabbage1 unit(s)
Small carrot1 unit(s)
Mayonnaise1 cup
Lemon1/2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Raisins5 g
Corn oil10 ml

Cut the cabbage in four and set aside. Cut the carrot into spaghetti.
In a non-stick skillet, add the oil and grill the cabbage on all sides. Reserve.
Cut the cabbage thin.
Mix all the ingredients with the mayonnaise and the lemon. Adjust salt and pepper.
Assembly: place on a plate and decorate with raisins.
