- Purple Stripe Lettuce to taste
- Heart of palm to taste
- Dried apricots to taste
- Tomatoes to taste
- Cashew Nuts2 tablespoon
- Wash the lettuce and tomato well and dry.
- On a platter, accommodate the lettuce leaves. On top, place the sliced tomatoes, the apricots cut into slices, the heart of palm and sprinkle with crushed chestnuts to give it a crunch.
