- Dried tomato cut into strips4 unit(s)
- Diced Ricotta1/2 cup
- Onion sliced into half moons1/3 cup
- Coarsely cracked walnuts3 unit(s)
- Green pitted olives, sliced8 unit(s)
- Dried Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients until smooth (except the basil leaves)
- Place the salad on the plate that will serve and finish with the basil leaves.
