- I let the chickpeas soak for a few hours, cooked with salt until soft, drained all the water.
- I cooked the chayote, carrots and green beans, added everything with the chickpeas and the other ingredients, seasoned with salt, olive oil, lemon, parsley and decorated with the peppers.
