Chickpeas cooked al dente2 cup
Diced cooked carrot2 unit(s)
Boiled desalted codfish300 g
Lemon1/2 ml
Olive oil1/4 ml
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Pitted Black Olives100 g

On a platter, place the already cooked chickpeas, the diced carrots, the grated onion, black olives, parsley, shredded cod and salt to taste, then mix everything very well.
Pour lemon juice and olive oil on top.
