  • Chickpeas250 g
  • Avocado200 g
  • cherry tomato150 g
  • Green olives100 g
  • Sliced red onion1 unit(s)
  • Fried garlic2 tablespoon
  • Pepperoni Pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Chimichurri1 coffee spoon
  • Salt, lemon, parsley and olive oil to taste
  1. I cooked the chickpeas until soft but with the whole grains. I cut the avocado into cubes and the tomatoes in half. I added the cooked chickpeas with all the other ingredients, seasoned to taste. This salad is irresistible 😋
