- Chopped olives to taste1 tablespoon
- Parsley and onion to taste1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 coffee spoon
- White wine vinegar and salt to taste1 tablespoon
- 1Mix the already cooked chickpeas with the small onion, chopped Italian tomatoes, olives, parsley and chives. Season with olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt. Leave in the fridge until serving time and enjoy.
