- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chopped palm heart to taste
- Chopped tomato3 unit(s)
- Black Olives to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Add the chickpeas, onion, green smell, olives and season with oil, lemon and salt.
- Serve on a plate and garnish with hearts of palm, eggs and tomatoes. Sprinkle green smell to taste.
- Observation: How to cook chickpeas: Place the chickpeas in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for approximately six hours. After 6 hours, place the beans in a pressure cooker and add water to cover. Close the pan and let it cook. When it reaches pressure, count 25 minutes on the clock before turning off the fire. Open the pan and let it cool.
