- Chicken breast600 g
- Cottage cheese300 g
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Green corn1 can(s)
- Pea1 can(s)
- Small grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Raisins1 cup
- Straw potato100 g
- Saffron to taste
- Calabrian pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Boiling water1 l
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Cook the chicken breast in water with salt, saffron and chilli pepper.
- Hydrate the raisins with 2 ladles of the chicken cooking broth. Leave it aside for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a food processor and pulse briefly until shredded.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the shredded chicken and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the hydrated raisins and the broth used to hydrate them. Fry until most of it evaporates.
- Add the corn, peas, grated carrot, cream cheese and Heavy cream. Mix well and add salt.
- Place this mixture in the refrigerator until it cools completely.
- Arrange the sausage on a platter.
- Cover everything with straw potatoes.
- Serve and enjoy!
