- Chicken breast1 kg
- Mayonnaise400 g
- medium carrot3 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 ml
- Ricotta1 tablespoon
- Leek2 tablespoon
- Straw Potato350 g
- Onion, coloral, garlic and salt to taste
- Clean, boil, sauté the chicken breast with onion, garlic, salt and coloral. Put to pressure cook for about 15 minutes. While the chicken breast is cooking, wash, peel and grate the 3 medium carrots. Once cool, shred the chicken breast and reserve the cooking broth for later.
- White sauce: Beat the cream with the garlic and ricotta. It will be pasty and that's the point.
- Time to assemble the sausage salad! In a container of your choice, place the shredded chicken breast, the beaten white sauce and add the mayonnaise and 1 ladle of the reserved broth. Mix well, then put it in the form or where it will be served. Garnish with the straw potato on top that is a charm.
- Ready!! Now just serve with the accompaniment you want. Here I served it with white rice and lettuce and tomato salad.
