  1. Place the chicken, the crumbled chicken stock cube, salt and enough water to cover the chicken in a pressure cooker. Then cover the pan, take it to the fire and let the chicken cook under pressure for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, place the corn, peas, grated carrots, raisins, a little salt in a large bowl, mix until completely incorporated, then set aside. After the chicken is cooked, just turn off the heat, wait for the pressure of the pan to come out, uncover it, remove the chicken and shred it while it is still hot. Now just pour the shredded chicken into the bowl with the other ingredients mixed in and add the cream, mayonnaise and potato straw and mix until completely incorporated.
