- Take approximately 2 cm slices of cauliflower.
- Sanitize and dry.
- In a frying pan put oil and let it forget.
- Add the cauliflower slice and let it brown, it takes around 3 minutes. Then turn and let it brown on the other side.
- Season to taste, if desired.
