- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat dissolved in milk2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Chopped or grated mozzarella150 g
- Chopped or grated ham150 g
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 unit(s)
- Small Cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Yellow seasoning packets2 unit(s)
- Separate the cauliflower bouquets. Cook in water with seasonings. Place on a platter and set aside. White sauce: Fry the garlic in butter, add the milk, dissolved wheat and salt, stir until thickened. Add the ham, mozzarella and lastly the cream. Pour all the white cream over the cauliflower, sprinkle grated cheese and put it in the oven to brown.
