  • Cauliflower1 kg
  • Milk3 cup
  • Maizena4 tablespoon
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Vegetable broth3 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Salt to taste
  1. Place the cauliflower in a pan, cover with water, add a pinch of salt, cook for 5 minutes after boiling, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion in butter, and add two cups of milk.
  3. Dilute the cornstarch and vegetable broth in a cup of milk and as soon as the mixture in the pot starts to boil, add this diluted mixture.
  4. Stir well until the sauce thickens, adjust the salt and set aside.
  5. In a refractory, make a bed with the sauce, add the cauliflower and cover with the same, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees and brown until golden.
