Rale a cenoura, corte a maçã e a azeitona em cubos pequenos. Mistura todos os ingredientes, adiciona também um pouco de cebola e coentro uma pitada de vinagre, esses ingredientes ajudam a deixar um sabor surpreendente no salpicão e no final, adiciona a maione e creme de leite. Leva a geladeira para gelar antes de servir.
