- White Quinoa Grains2 tablespoon
- Corn1 unit(s)
- In a salad bowl, place the grated carrots.
- Cook the quinoa for approximately 10 minutes on low heat.
- Once cooked, add the corn and mix well.
- TIP: when I cook the quinoa I add fine herbs like basil, rosemary, basil.. a small amount. Just to add a special touch to the flavor.
- Place in the fridge until serving time.
