- Italian tomato2 unit(s)
- Buffalo Mozzarella150 g
- Basil Leaves to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the tomatoes neither too thin nor too thick
- Cut the mozzarella to the same thickness
- In a bowl mix olive oil, coarsely chopped basil, salt and olive oil.
- Alternate tomato/mozzarella (repeat as needed) season with the olive oil and basil sauce. Garnish with basil leaves and serve. In the photo a slice of dehydrated Parma ham to decorate
