  • Beetroot500 g
  • Cooking water500 ml
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar1 cup
  • Sliced onion to taste
  • Blonde to taste
  1. Boil the beets and cut them into the shape you prefer. Reserve.
  2. Put the vinegar, sugar, bay leaf (optional) in the fire and let it boil until all the sugar melts.
  3. In a pot intersperse the beet and onion until it runs out.
  4. Then pour the liquid inside and when it's cold, put it in the fridge.
  5. After Ice Cream, you can consume it, however, for the flavor to be much tastier, it is right to consume it after 5 days.
  6. It can last up to 6 months in the fridge.
