- Purple Lettuce0.5 unit(s)
- Japanese cucumber, thinly sliced1 unit(s)
- Grape Tomato, halved1 cup
- Quail Egg10 unit(s)
- Parmesan shavings to taste
- Mixed seeds1 tablespoon
- Roasted sliced almonds1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Orange juice1 unit(s)
- molasses0.5 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Tear the lettuce with your hands and place in a container.
- Add the cucumber and tomato, quail eggs and cheese and mix.
- In a cup or ramekin prepare the sauce, mix well the olive oil with the orange juice, the molasses and a little salt.
- Drizzle the salad with the dressing, sprinkle with the seed mix and slivered almonds.
