- Mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Dijon Mustard1 dessert spoon

- Parsley to taste
- Freshly grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Slice bread (without crust)5 unit(s)
- Chicken Breast300 g
- Iceberg Lettuce1/3 unit(s)
- Plain Lettuce1/4 unit(s)
- Sauce In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, chopped or mashed anchovies, finely chopped parsley, freshly grated Parmesan, pepper to taste and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
- croutons In a skillet, add the butter, a drizzle of olive oil and the garlic. Sauté quickly and then add the sliced bread cut into cubes. Stir constantly to brown all sides. Reserve.
- Chicken Cut the chicken breast into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a very hot skillet with a drizzle of oil and grill. Reserve.
- Mounting Clean and dry the leaves well. Cut them by hand. Add a few spoons of the sauce to the leaves. Stir gently. Add the grilled chicken, croutons and finish with Parmesan cheese. Is ready!
