- Cabbage, cut into very thin strips3 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- In a bowl add the cabbage, carrots, black pepper and salt and set aside.
- In a pan add the oil and garlic and let it brown.
- Turn off the heat and add the garlic to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
