- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- On the plate arrange the tomato in slices and the zucchini in thin slices too
- Season with salt, black pepper and olive oil
- In a bowl, mix the beans with chopped zucchini and chopped tomatoes, season with salt, black pepper, lemon and olive oil, finish with parsley and serve on top of the tomato and zucchini
