Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
Cherry tomato1 cup
Small red onion1 unit(s)
Salt, black pepper and green smell to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice1 tablespoon

Cut the tomato in half and the red onion into very thin slices.
Combine with the beans. Season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
