- Cooked Butter Beans1/2 cup
- Solid Tuna1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- grated carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Sliced Ripe Avocado1/2 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Cook the butter beans in a common pan for about 50 minutes (add 1 tablespoon of salt to the cooking water), drain and set aside.
- In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil and the chopped red onion and sauté, add the solid tuna (without the oil) and saute for about 2 minutes, set aside.
- Cut the avocado into thin strips and the carrot pass on the grater, set aside.
- In a bowl start assembling your Poke: add the cooked butter beans along with the tuna sautéed with red onion and season with squeezed lemon (optional) to taste and salt to taste
- Finish with the avocado and the grated carrot and that's it 😋
