- Dried Tomato4 unit(s)
- Red Cabbage1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 unit(s)
- Parsley and chives1/2 cup
- Soak beans in water for 12 hours
- Cook the beans in water until al dente.
- Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces
- Cut the cabbage and small pieces
- Cut the parsley and chives
- drain the beans
- chop the onion
- Massage with salt and lemon juice
- Mix all the ingredients, add the moments and olive oil, adjust the salt and it's ready!
