Lavar bem  o brócolis e deixar de molho em água e sal  durante  10 minutos. Conzinhar as batatas com molho de tomate e  e acrescentar mais 1/2 xícara de água. Quando ficarem macias acrescentar  os brócolis e deixar uns 8 minutos. Retirar e servir. 

Wash the broccoli well and soak in salted water for 10 minutes. Cook the potatoes with tomato sauce and add another 1/2 cup of water. When they are soft add the broccoli and leave for about 8 minutes. Remove and serve.
