- Potato cut into cubes500 g
- Tomato sauce seasoned to taste1 cup
- Broccoli bunch1 unit(s)
- Wash the broccoli well and soak in salted water for 10 minutes. Cook the potatoes with tomato sauce and add another 1/2 cup of water. When they are soft add the broccoli and leave for about 8 minutes. Remove and serve.
