Broccoli2 unit(s)
Salt1 teaspoon
Oregano1 tablespoon
Garlic2 to taste
Water1 l
Lemon1 to taste
Onion1 to taste
Olive oil1 to taste

Preparation mode Cut and wash the broccoli. Then put 1L of water in a pan and add the raw brocules, to cook. Leave for approximately 15 minutes
Once cooked, drain the water and transfer the brocules to a refractory or pot of your choice.
Chop the garlic and onion very small
Throw in the salt, onion, garlic, oregano and mix. Afterwards, pour in the oil. Finally, sperm the lemon juice on top and mix. Ready !
