- Ninja Broccoli (whole)1 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
- Dijon mustard1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Molasses (or honey)1/2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Cranberry1/3 cup
- Smoked Almonds2/3 cup
- Start by cutting off the thickest part of the stem and discarding. The rest, florets and stem, cut into very small pieces. Place in boiling salted water and let it cook for exactly 3 minutes. Remove with the aid of a slotted spoon and transfer to ice water. Drain well and reserve. Also cut the red onion into very small cubes.
- In a large bowl, place the mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, molasses, salt and pepper and mix well. Add the broccoli, onion, cranberry and almond and stir again until incorporated.
- It's ready, enjoy!
