  • Zazon1 to taste
  • Oil for frying1 cup
  • Paper towel3 unit(s)
  1. Cut the eggplants into slices.
  2. Then, in a container, place the eggs with a pinch of salt and half a sachet of zazon and beat everything with a fork.
  3. Then pass the eggplants in the eggs and wheat.
  4. Place over medium heat and fry until golden.
  5. Take a plate and place the paper towels then place the eggplants on top, to drain the oil and you can eat.
