  • Recipe
  • A bunch of kale without the stalk1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. First, cut all the cabbage into very thin slices, put the butter in a pan and place over medium heat.
  2. Once all the butter has melted, add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 or 2 minutes.
  3. Then put the cabbage in the pan, also add salt and sauté for 2 or 3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
  4. Add in a container and serve immediately.
