- Wheat for kibbeh50 g
- Chopped seedless tomato3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped cucumber2 unit(s)
- Chopped parsley (bundle)1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice3 tablespoon
- Salt, Black Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped Mint to taste
- Leave the wheat in a container to soak in water for 2 hours
- Wash the wheat well under running water, drain and squeeze with your hands to remove excess moisture.
- Add the ingredients to the wheat, mix well and it's ready.
