Beetroot Salad with Onion

Cozinhe a beterraba na panela de pressão por 15 minutos, apenas com água não precisa acrescentar sal.

Cook the beets in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes, with just water, no need to add salt.

Passado o 15 minutos desligue a panela aguarde sair a pressão e escorra as beterraba, espere esfriar e descasque as beterraba.

After 15 minutes, turn off the pan, wait for the pressure to release and drain the beets, wait for it to cool and peel the beets.

Em seguida corte em cubos ou rodelas e coloque em um recipiente em  seguida coloque a cebola picada, sal, óleo e vinagre e misture bem e está pronta nossa receita.
