Beetroot salad with mayonnaise

Cozinhe a beterraba na panela de pressão por 40 minutos.  Deixe esfriar. 
Coloque água gelada até cobrir a cebola, deixe de molho por 15 minutos. Jogue a água fora, enxágue e reserve. 
Corte em pedaços a beterraba.
Coloque em um tigela a beterraba,  a cebola e a maionese e misture bem. 
Leve a geladeira até servir. 
Está pronta.




Cook the beets in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. Let cool.
Add ice water to cover the onion, let it soak for 15 minutes. Throw away the water, rinse and set aside.
Cut the beets into pieces.
Place the beetroot, onion and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well.
Place in the fridge until serving.
Is ready.
