Colocar as beterrabas na panela de pressão , água até cobrir, começou a chiar o pino da panela, conta 20 min e estará cozida.
Escolha beterrabas do mesmo tamanho para cozinharem  todas ao mesmo tempo.

Depois de cozidas retire a casca , corte em cubos or rodelas e tempere com vinagre , sal , pimenta , salsa e cebolinha.
Mexa bem para pegar o tempero.
