Primeiro coloquei as beterraba na panela de pressão e cobri com água e levei ao fogo por 10 minutos. 

First I put the beets in the pressure cooker and covered with water and put it on the fire for 10 minutes.

Retirei a pressão e deixei elas esfriarem.  Descasque as beterrabas e corte as cubinhos .

I took the pressure off and let them cool. Peel the beets and cut the cubes.

Em um pote coloquei as beterraba picada , adicionei as cebolas picada o azeite e o sal . Misture bem para que o tempero se misture eu gosto dela gelada então coloquei na geladeira por uns 25 minutos.  E depois e só servir 

In a pot I put the chopped beets, added the chopped onions, the oil and the salt. Mix well so that the seasoning mixes I like it cold so I put it in the fridge for about 25 minutes. And then just serve
