- Beetroot | 3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Olive oil | 1 teaspoon
- Salt | 1 to taste
Recipe
- First I put the beets in the pressure cooker and covered with water and put it on the fire for 10 minutes.
- I took the pressure off and let them cool. Peel the beets and cut the cubes.
- In a pot I put the chopped beets, added the chopped onions, the oil and the salt. Mix well so that the seasoning mixes I like it cold so I put it in the fridge for about 25 minutes. And then just serve
