- Potato1200 g

- Red onions2 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves5 unit(s)
- Rosemary1 to taste
- Coarse salt1 tablespoon
- Roasted Garlic to taste
- Olive oil100 ml
- in a bowl cook the potatoes until they are soft to the tooth with a spoonful of salt
- after cooking with the palm of your hand you crush them
- mix the rosemary with the garlic, the red onion chopped very small and the oil and let it rest
- in a baking dish, place the crushed potatoes on the tray, spread that effusion of spices over the potatoes, put more olive oil on top, spread the coarse salt on top and the toasted garlic.
- Place in the oven over high heat for 40 minutes.
- Now it's just served with fish and white rice, with cod!
