Feta cheese to taste
Pomegranate seeds to taste
Parsley, salt, olive oil and black pepper to taste

Divide the avocado in half, remove the pit and make slices with the knife. With the help of a spoon, remove the pulp from the avocado. Cut the tomato into slices and then into half moons. Arrange the avocado and tomato like the photo. On top, place the feta cheese in small pieces, season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Finish with pomegranate seeds and fresh parsley.
