- Water1 cup
- Remove the skin and pit of the mangoes, chop them into small pieces
- Take a mango or half of the pieces in the blender and a glass of water
- In a pan throw the contents of the mecca liquid until it gets creamy and consistent.
- Place the arugula in a serving dish and set aside.
- Let the mango pulp (from the pan) cool and throw the mango pieces
- Throw all the mangoes on the arugula platter and serve.
