Arugula Salad with Pears and Gorgonzola

Doure as fatias de pêra rapidamente em uma frigideira estriada (sem azeite, apenas bem quente), disponha sobre as folhas de rúcula e endívias, finalize salpicando nozes e gorgonzola. 
Para o molho sugiro: misture azeite, mel, sal e pimenta, também 1 limão siciliano espremido. 

Quickly brown the pear slices in a fluted skillet (no oil, just hot), arrange over the arugula and endive leaves, finish by sprinkling walnuts and gorgonzola.
For the sauce I suggest: mix olive oil, honey, salt and pepper, also 1 squeezed Sicilian lemon.
