- Green pepper1 unit(s)
- Red pepper1 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Thaw the polenta and fry in a pan with oil. Reserve.
- Chop the peppers and red onion into extra-thin slices. Reserve.
- In a pan that can go in the oven, add the already fried polenta, the peppers and the red onion. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste and bake in the oven until the peppers are roasted.
