- Thinly sliced red cabbage1/2 cup
- Thinly sliced green cabbage1/2 cup
- grated carrot1/2 cup
- Light Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Natural Yogurt2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- In a bowl mix the cabbages and carrots.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and chimichurri.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Leave in the fridge until serving time.
