  • Salt4 g
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Olive oil30 ml
  • Water140 ml
  • Zucchini in Strips1/2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Catupiry50 g
  1. In a bowl or mixer put the wheat flour, salt, biological yeast and olive oil, gradually add the water.
  2. Beat in the mixer or beat the dough until it is at the veil point. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  3. After the dough has risen, put it in a shape and make several holes in it. In these holes, place the zucchinis in strips, I rolled them up before placing, the mozzarella cheese I cut into strips and rolled up before placing. Place the catupiry in the holes and finally a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
