  • Wheat flour175 g
  • Alkaline cocoa powder, no added sugar30 g
  • Baking powder2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • Xylitol Sweetener200 g
  • Whole Grain Yogurt180 g
  • Vegetable oil1/2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180° and lightly brush a loaf pan with oil, line it with parchment paper leaving leftovers on the two longer sides, forming “handles” and brush the paper with oil as well.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the xylitol, yogurt, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix using a whisk until smooth.
  4. With a silicone spatula, incorporate the dry ingredients - if the dough is too lumpy, mix lightly with the wire whisk, but don't beat too much so as not to develop the gluten in the flour
  5. Pour the dough into the prepared form and smooth the dough, place the form in the oven
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the cake rises and is golden.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then carefully remove from the pan, using the paper as a guide.
  8. Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely.
