Pre-aqueça o forno a 180° e pinncele levemente com óleo uma forma de bolo inglês, forre com papel manteiga deixando sobras nos dois lados mais longos, formando “alças” e pincele o papel com óleo também

Preheat the oven to 180° and lightly brush a loaf pan with oil, line it with parchment paper leaving leftovers on the two longer sides, forming “handles” and brush the paper with oil as well.

Em uma tigela média, peneire a farinha, o cacau, o fermento, o sal e a canela e reserve

In a medium bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and set aside.

Em uma tigela grande, junte o xilitol, o iogurte, o óleo, os ovos e a baunilha misture usando um batedor até obter uma massa homogênea

In a large bowl, combine the xylitol, yogurt, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix using a whisk until smooth.

Com uma espátula de silicone, incorpore os ingredientes secos – se a massa ficar muito engrumada, misture levemente com o batedor de arame, mas não bata demais para não desenvolver o glúten da farinha

With a silicone spatula, incorporate the dry ingredients - if the dough is too lumpy, mix lightly with the wire whisk, but don't beat too much so as not to develop the gluten in the flour

Despeje a massa na forma preparada e alise a massa, coloque a forma no forno

Pour the dough into the prepared form and smooth the dough, place the form in the oven

Asse por 50-55 minutos ou até que o bolo cresça e doure 

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the cake rises and is golden.

Deixe esfriar na forma sobre uma gradinha por 15 minutos, e então remova com cuidado da forma, usando o papel como guia


Allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then carefully remove from the pan, using the paper as a guide.


Transfira para a gradinha e deixe esfriar completamente

Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely.
